De Soto food pantry benefits from flying pancakes
A Saturday morning pancake feed for the De Soto Multi-Service Center's food pantry drew a steady stream of hungry residents to the Senior Center. It was too early yet for a final figure on how much money was raised at the event organized by Jeremy Pryor, but De Soto Multi-Service Center Director Jodi Hitchcock said there were customers through the three-hour event. Hitchcock also said a trash container placed for donations was filled.
