De Soto City Council meeting rescheduled

Because of a lack of quorum, the De Soto City Council meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. May 15 has be rescheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesda, May 21.

Among the items on the agenda is a public hearing for the use of the city's 2009 Community Development Block Grant, which is expected to be about $100,000,
