Hoops4Hope seeks teams for tourney

The Hoops4Hope youth basketball tournament will take place July 25-27 at Shawnee Mission South High School.
Cost is $175 per team if signed up by July 11. Each team is guaranteed four games.
The tournament will donate 100 percent of its net profits to the American Cancer Society.
The goal of the tournament is to raise $25,000 or more annually for the American Cancer Society. Volunteer officials, a silent auction and snack sales at a Hoops4Hope benefit in January raised more than $8,000, which was presented to the ACS in March. A $15,000 benefit goal has been set for the basketball tournament.
